Update Email

Once an Account has been activated, you are not allowed to change the registered email.

However, if the change is absolutely necessary (such as the email is no longer used), please provide this information to help us solve this issue:

  1. Your Full Name (as per IC/Passport)

  2. Identification Number

  3. Your Email

  4. Your Contact Number

  5. Your reason for the change

  6. The new Email
